     vAuto programmable by an electrical FLASH memory capable of automatically storing all programming Programmable accurate Motor operating time, from 01 to 180 seconds with time count optical utility and automatic reset with a use of external terminal switches.
     vDouble auto close timers, one constant at 2 minutes and one programmable from 1 to 180 seconds with time count optical utility to work in conjunction with a photocell.
     vExternal working button input for distances up to 100 meters far away from the controller.
     vDC voltage outputs of 12V, 150mA, to power supply the photocell connected.
     vPhoto-cell N.C contact to work in conjunction with the auto close feature.
     vAutomatic over current and undercurrent stop utility during motor operation regardless to AC power supply Voltage differences during the day.
     vMicroprocessor controlled electronic circuit using a TRIAC for the moor neutral terminal to avoid relay contact sparks.

The units include a watchdog timer circuit to insure that program and system status are not lost or changed in AC power failure.

All programming parameters are entered with the use of three micro buttons. Terminal switches activation and auto-close feature are activated with a use of jumpers
